Stockholm, Sweden,  December 18, 2009: Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Quincy Compressor from EnPro Industries, Inc. for approximately USD 190M. The acquisition supports Atlas Copco’s profitable growth in North America and China, adding a strong brand and an extensive distributor network. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.

瑞典，斯德哥爾摩，2009年12月18日：阿特拉斯科普柯集團從英普羅集團收購昆西壓縮機公司資產，收購額為USD190M。此次收購將有助于阿特拉斯科普柯集團在北美地區和中國的業務發展，為集團增加一個強大的品牌及代理商銷售網絡。此收購已報批當地政府。

EnPro Industries Agrees to Sell Quincy Compressor
to the Atlas Copco Group

英普羅工業集團同意向阿特拉斯科普柯集團出售昆西壓縮機

EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell Quincy Compressor to the Atlas Copco Group . The company expects the transaction to close in the first quarter of 2010, pending regulatory approval.

英普羅工業集團（NYSE: NPO）今天宣布與阿特拉斯科普柯集團達成出售昆西壓縮機公司的協議。公司預期收購業務轉移將在2010年的第一季度完成并獲當地政府批準。
